"Hafen-Karriere.de" is the career website of the companies CPS - Conpac Port Service GmbH, PCH - Packing Center Hamburg GmbH and WSG - Warenumschlags-Station Grasbrook GmbH. The new career website is addressed to potential trainees and experienced professionals. The two areas are clearly separated in order to address the target audiences more effectively. Potential apprentices are presented with all relevant details of the apprenticeship programmes. Professionals with professional experience will find all relevant information on the advertised jobs on separate sub-pages. For better visibility, the job board has also been optimised for Google for Jobs so that the job ads are crawled and indexed by Google.

To make the application process as easy as possible for applicants, an application form has been developed that asks for all the necessary information and references. The application form can be used with mobile devices as well, so a computer is not a requirement.

The website achieved the client's objectives after a few weeks, so that the open apprenticeship positions were filled after only a short time through systematic online marketing activities.
