During a workshop, as part of a consultation with the client, XPERIENTS determined that the website no longer met technical requirements and no longer fully reflected the unique characteristics of GET AHEAD. The Results
Based on comprehensive keyword and industry research, we redefined the structure and content for the new website in consultation with GET AHEAD. The established brand design was complemented by new stylistic and colour elements, which finish off the new appearance. The new design focuses on communicating the professional expertise, the industry know-how and the consultants as personalities. A magenta colour was defined as the call-to-action colour, which represents a contrast to the other elements of the CI.
The heart of the website is formed by the newly developed consultant profiles. The consultant profiles communicate the know-how of the consultants. In addition, potential clients and interested candidates will find a short biography of the consultant as well as the consultant's Insights contributions in chronological order.
Sector sub-pages have been developed to emphasise the sector know-how further. By highlighting the industry challenges, GET AHEAD appears as an industry expert for executive search. In addition, a dedicated area has been developed for the Executive Search Consultancy to regularly present industry trends and news.
GET AHEAD has not only national but also international clients and candidates. Therefore, the website can still be accessed bilingually in German and English.
